Griffin's Nicaragua Short Torpedo

Griffin's, the famous Swiss marque, with its rather sweet, creamy flavours, has recently been developing a line with stronger flavours : the Nicaragua range. Despite its name, this range of three cigars is rolled in the Dominican Republic. The smallest of the three formats, the Short Torpedo, sits well in the hand with its fattish shape. The first notes are relatively sweet, but its personality soon comes out. Vegetable notes enveloped in touches of ginger complement each other rather well. The mixture of Nicaraguan, Dominican and Honduran tobaccos finds full expression in this rather nervous little cigar.
