Presentation
The whisky is produced by growing it under windy and rainy conditions and drying the peat used for the malt. This whisky is made from Bere, one of the oldest barley varieties still in existence.
Nose: cereals, fresh and crunchy. Fruity, apples, citrus fruits. In the mouth: Barley sugar, caramel. Chocolate, apples and citrus fruits. Finish: Bold, chocolate and spicy notes. Medium length in the mouth.
