Presentation
Botran Anejo Solera 1893 rum has been aged using the "Solera" technique at an altitude of 2400 meters. It was aged in old volcanic caves, in American white oak barrels (some formerly bourbon), then in old sherry barrels and finally finished in port barrels. Nose: elegant, distinguished, woody, roasted cocoa, vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, spices, orange, citrus notes In the mouth: rather dry, explosive, candied fruits, spices, cloves, nutmeg, pepper, roasted cocoa, delicate citrus notes. The finish: Nice length in the mouth, slow dispersion of the aromas in the mouth.
