The whisky is produced by growing it under windy and rainy conditions and drying the peat used for the malt.
Nose: cereals, fresh and crunchy. Fruity, apples, citrus fruits.In the mouth: Barley sugar, caramel. Chocolate, apples and citrus fruits. Finish: Bold, chocolate and spicy notes. Medium length in the mouth.
